Two more Models of Force One SUV to launch in 2012

Force Motors has launched their new car, Force One, on August 19, 2011 in Mumbai. The car was launched by the superstar Amitabh Bachchan. Force Motors has launched Force One with a single variant. But as per our sources Force Motors has announced the two new variants of Force One SUV by 2012. The current variant has been launched with only diesel model with a powerful diesel engine. The Force One price is Rs. 10.65 lakhs at ex-showroom Mumbai. The price may be same or may slightly differ in other ex-showrooms of other cities.

As per the Force One specifications , The Force One SUV has been made in such a way that it can run with high speeds in desert and high altitudes. Also a unique feature included in the Force One SUV is that the car can can start at -21 degree centigrade temperature. Other features of the car includes that the car has a powerful 2.2 litres common rail turbo diesel engine which can produce a power of 140 PS and a torque of 315 Nm. Some more features of the car reveals that the car has a dual mass flywheel, a low friction gearbox, high torque density, CED coated chassis, rack and pinion steering, three row seating, armrest with cup holders, etc. The rear row can be folded to increase the space for the baggage.



The spare wheel is fitted under the body. The steering present in the new Force One SUV is leather wrapped with audio controls present on it. Each seating row has dual air conditioner vents. The fuel capacity of the tank is 70 litres. The length of the new Force One is 4860 mm, width is 1780 mm, and height is 1885 mm with a wheel base of 3025 mm. Along with all these features Force One SUV was tested on British speedways and the suspension has been tuned for India by Lotus Motors. The company has announced the launch of Force One 4x4 by March 2012 and the ABS version of the car is announced after the launch of 4x4. The main competitors of the new Force One is Tata Safari, Mahindra Scorpio and other SUVs.
