Force One SUV launched in India at Rs10.65 lakh

Today Force Motors has finally launched its most awaited SUV Force One in the Indian car market in Mumbai. This brand new SUV is marked as foray of Force Motors in the personal vehicle segment. Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan has launched this new SUV. Force Motors has launched its SUV only in one variant. Talking about Force One price, this new SUV is tagged at Rs 10.65 lakh (ex showroom Mumbai).

Earlier there were rumors that Force Motors brood over the probability to pile out sedans and hatchbacks in India. Now with this launch of Force One SUV the company has cleared the air and affirmed that right now they are not interested in piling out sedans and hatchback in the Indian car market. Talking about Force One specifications this new SUV is fixed with a 2.2 litre common rail turbo diesel engine which will generate a power of 140ps and the maximum torque of 315 Nm. For good suspension on the Indian roads this all new SUV uses Lotus Engineering. Force One also offers a class in segment ground clearance of 205 mm and posses a fuel tank having the capacity of 70 litres. Force One features include a rack and pinion steering, third row folds to generate more boot space, on board computer monitors 15 process and electronics are validated by Mercedes Benz.



In addition to this a audio control mounted on steering , dual AC vents and cruise control are also present in the new Force One SUV. It has a seating capacity of 5 d and 6 d. As far as external dimensions are concerned the all new Force One has a overall length of 4860 mm, width of 1780 mm and Height of 1885 mm. However the wheel base is of 3025 mm size. The all new Force One review reveals that this new SUV will run on deserts and high altitudes with same pungency as on plain roads. Furthermore, it can also start and runs at -21 degrees centigrade and posses a low friction gearbox with high torque density. Force Motors blazoned that the company will roll out the 4X4 variant of Force One by March 2012, however the ABS variant will hit the Indian soil after 4X4.
